Kip&Co x Jessica Nguyen Limited Edition Collection

I’m so thrilled to be collaborating with Kip&Co on my first table linen range!

Kip&Co was one of the first brands I bought a tablecloth from and I have always been in awe of their prints and use of colours across their range of products, so this felt like the perfect partnership to join forces and design my first table linen range with them.

This collection is a culmination of my love for colourful tablescapes, bold colours and prints, delicious pastas, putting on a spread and most of all, eating!

It’s an ode to summers in Italy, one of my favourite places in the world, and the trip that truly made me fall in love with food. Inspired by sunset spritzes, lazy long lunching with pastas and vino flowing, plus all of the summery tones you’d see in the sky there. It’s been designed to transport you to an Italian summer party.

I wanted to design two prints to feature across tablecloths, napkins and tea towels to suit a variety of different personalities:

Spicy Clam Check

This print is inspired by a spicy vongole pasta that you'd enjoy on the Italian coast. It’s a beautiful check print from afar but as you get closer you’ll see a repeating pattern of tomatoes, vongole and chilli: three ingredients that make for the perfect summery seafood dish.

Summer Sunset Check

This print is a riff off Kip&Co’s archive ‘Across The Border’ print which was one of the first tablecloths I bought from the brand and what made me fall in love with Kip&Co’s collection. It’s a print that is close to my heart with so many great memories attached to it, including when I styled it on my table for the first Christmas lunch in my home.

I wanted to re-create this print in a gradient of my favourite warm tones. It’s dopamine dressing for your table with an injection of sunset hues. A gradient of pink, orange, yellow and purples, inspired by a summery sunset by the sea.

Whilst the prints are different to each other, we’ve designed them so you could either style them on their own or ‘mix and clash’ them together, as they have the same tones and complement each other quite nicely when paired together.

Personally I like to style my table with the ‘Spicy Clam Check’ but then napkins using the 'Summer Sunset Check’ or vice versa! I hope you love the collection and I can’t wait to see how you guys will style it your way!

Love Jess xx
