Crispy Chicken Skin Crackling
A fun chicken hack that you can add to soups, salads and sandwiches for a bit of crunch. Right now in winter, I love crumbling the crackling into my soup like croutons which adds a delicious taste and texture and jazzes up the standard soup!
This is my go-to G&T and the perfect cocktail to whip up for a dinner party. The gin itself is infused with grapefruit which pairs perfectly with a slice of orange and rosemary to bring out the citrus flavours.
