I’ve created a spring entertaining ‘luxe for less’ featuring a three-course menu that you can serve for a group of 6 at home that comes in around $15 per serve. It’s perfect for entertaining as every recipe can be made and prepped in advance and it’s also a waste not menu where the leftover ingredients of one recipe can be turned into the next.
