Blackcurrant & Green Apple Martini

A fruity martini with hints of blackcurrant and apple, using Tanqueray's Blackcurrant Royale Gin. I used green apple juice to add a bit of tang and zing to contrast the berry sweetness from the blackcurrant gin.

The vibe: Pretending to be sipping on these in France on a European vacay.

The taste: A fruity and slightly sweet martini with hints of blackcurrant and green apple.


  • 30ml of Tanqueray Royale Blackcurrant gin
  • 10ml of Dry Vermouth
  • 10ml of green apple juice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 blackberry
  • 1 apple


  1. Add ice to your martini glass to chill down the glass whilst preparing your cocktail.
  2. Place gin, vermouth and apple juice with ice into a cocktail shaker and shake till chilled.
  3. Strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a blackcurrant on a cocktail skewer and/or some slices of green apple and place the garnish on the rim of the glass.
  5. Enjoy!
