Christmas Gin Cobbler
A summer sipper in partnership with Four Pillars Gin to celebrate the release of their annual Australian Christmas Gin.The gin itself smells like Christmas: there's juniper, cinnamon as well as muscat thanks to the gin being aged in muscat barrels. It really tastes like a Christmas pudding. To enjoy it, you can sip it neat, mix it with ginger ale or beer, or try it in some great cocktails like this one below!
- 50ml Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml dry vermouth or Fino sherry
- 10ml sugar syrup

- Add all ingredients over ice in a Collins glass, though I’ve opted for a martini glass to make it fun!
- Garnish with a mint sprig, orange, berries and lightly dust with icing sugar.
