French Martini

This is a fun and sweet ‘not so martini’ martini that is fun to make and drink. A mixture of chambord, a french raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice, vodka and garnished with a fresh raspberry. Shaken with ice, you get a beautiful froth on top which comes from the pineapple juice, making it look a bit like a sour. It’s a crowd pleaser and one to make for the festive season.
