Pineapple & Chilli Tommy's Margarita

This is a spicy and fruity twist on a classic Tommy’s Margarita. I love pineapple and chilli together, the sweet and hot pairing makes for the perfect summer cocktail.


  • 60ml Patrón Reposado
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 25ml Pineapple juice
  • 10ml Agave nectar to taste
  • 5-6 Slices of fresh chilli
  • Garnish - Tajin salt and some optional fresh pineapple and chilli.


  1. Do your salt rim first. Cut a lime in half, tip your glass upside down and wet the lip of the glass with the lime.
  2. Place the glass onto the plate and roll in some Tajin until the salt fully covers the rim.
  3. Combine Patron Reposado, lime juice, pineapple juice, agave and fresh chilli in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  4. Strain into your salt rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with an optional fresh pineapple slice and chilli on the lip of the glass.
