Spring Entertaining Luxe For Less Menu

I’ve created a spring entertaining ‘luxe for less’ menu with Coles supermarkets, and here’s what I put together. It’s a three-course menu that you can serve for a group of 6 at home that comes in around $15 per serve. It’s perfect for entertaining as every recipe can be made and prepped in advance and it’s also a waste not menu where the leftover ingredients of one recipe can be turned into the next.

Luxe for Less Menu:

  • Whipped Ricotta toasts
  • Spring Salad with Sugar Snap Peas, Peas, Cucumber, Radish and Whipped Ricotta
  • Whole Roast Chicken
  • Peach Panzanella salad
  • Fried Wonton Mille Feuille with Mango Crème Pâtissière

For all of the recipes from this menu, grab the latest copy of Coles Supermarkets Magazine (November issue) in-store. You’ll find all of the written recipes plus my personal tips on how to entertain at home on a budget inside! If you’re keen to cook this whole menu for your next party at home, here’s the shopping list you’ll need.
